Should the word “owe” be involved with family love?

In my own personal opinion, the word “owe” is NOT a word that should be involved with discussions of family love. No person ever asked to be born; therefore, no form of debt is actually owed. Especially since the parent could be trying to prove a point about love, if you are doing something for someone out of love you should not be expecting something n return. That’s called a favor. Love is something to be done unconditionally, rather you are getting payment or not. That is the point of love, its simple gratitude without the expectation of some form of payment in return. Expecting payment for love makes love nothing more than a chore or a mission, its then only being done for the reward. In a child’s case, they owe nothing to their parents. Children in the womb have never asked their parents to do the things they do for them, so why would you expect some kind of debt to be returned?
